Jorge Cheirif, MD, FACC

Dr. Jorge Cheirif, Board Certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine, joined North Texas Heart Center in 1997. He focuses on consultive cardiology, echocardiography, CT angiography, and cardiac catheterization. He currently serves as Chief of Cardiology, as well as Director of Echocardiography at Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. Dr. Cheirif is a Fellow the American College of Cardiology and American Society of Echocardiography. He received the Clinician-Scientist Award from the American Heart Association (1992-1997). Dr. Cheirif is
multi-lingual and has traveled extensively around the world. He lives in Dallas with his wife Heidy. Dr. Cheirif has been named to Best Doctors in Dallas and Texas Super Doctors for many years.
Dr. Cheirif speaks Spanish, Yiddish and Hebrew.
